Aufgaben
This role oversees and is globally responsible for the foundational functionalities required by the system:
System administration with global focus, Home page, Email notifications, Theme and logo, Picklists, and Role design as input for RBPs
In addition, this role is globally responsible from a functional perspective for some applications that are either cross-suite or not specific to any SAP SuccessFactors application. These include the following:
Employee Profile, Org. Chart, Presentations, Skills and Competencies, Job Profile Builder, and Diversity and Inclusion
You lead a small team of SuccessFactors functional module owners. In this role, you also make sure that all globally required translations will be updated in the system including global alignment and updates of email notifications as well as titles on the home page.
In addition, you are globally responsible for release management in terms of collection and consolidation of requirements which means familiarizing with upcoming releases and making sure that the information received from IT is shared with the respective functional owners so that they have the right information to make their decision and take necessary actions. It is also necessary to coordinate new releases with data protection and co-determination. Once decided, the platform lead will take necessary actions.
You deliver effective release management and secure minimized disruption and improve user experience depending on TÜV SÜD's requirements, the release's frequency and size (how many changes are included) are decided as part of release management which takes place twice a year as SAP automatically provides these changes as part of the subscription.
Qualifikationen
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
5+ years of experience in HRIS, with a strong focus on SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, particularly platform topics
Proven experience as Platform Lead or similar role in large-scale, international HR transformation projects
Deep understanding of global HR processes and regulatory compliance
Expertise in process improvement and optimization methodologies
Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional global topics
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Fluent in English, German is a plus
Proficient in data analysis, reporting tools, and SuccessFactors modules
