Your Job
- You take on the leadership and support of international projects in HR Operations, ensuring that all legal requirements are met and innovative solutions are developed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR processes.
- You work closely with our international HR administrators to ensure that all administrative processes run smoothly.
- You support the introduction of new HR tools and lead the migration of existing systems
- You develop and implement innovative processes that drive the digitization of our HR operations and increase efficiency.
- You ensure that all HR processes comply with legal requirements and implement measures to ensure compliance, minimizing risks and guaranteeing legal security.
- You develop meaningful Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the HR area, regularly analyze them, and derive actions to optimize our HR strategies. You use your analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
Your Profile
- You have extensive experience with personnel management tools (ideally Rexx).
- You are familiar with the functions and possibilities of such systems and can fully exploit their potential. You enjoy designing and optimizing processes and workflows.
- You possess analytical skills that enable you to interpret data and derive concrete measures and recommendations. You can identify problems and develop creative solutions.
- You have comprehensive knowledge of labor law and social security law and can apply this in international contexts.
- You are always up-to-date with legal developments and can implement them in practice.
- You speak fluent German and English, both verbally and in writing.
- You bring a positive attitude and a "Can-Do" mentality. You enjoy working in a team to achieve common goals and overcome challenges.
