PRIVATE EQUITY INTERN (M/F/D)

Your tasks
During your internship at AUCTUS, you will spend 8-12 weeks getting to know the exciting world of private equity and will have the opportunity to
- Independently identify and analyze potential target markets and companies
- Support our investment professionals in the due diligence of potential new investments
- Perform financial analysis and modeling of target companies
- Participate in the preparation of investment proposals
- Help to shape the strategic development of our portfolio companies
During this time, you will be supervised by a mentor who will work with you to reflect on your experiences and give you valuable input for your professional and personal development.
What do we offer?
Due to the high number of 20 to 30 new investments per year, AUCTUS gives you the opportunity to work directly on ongoing transactions and gain deal experience. Outstanding candidates who have particularly impressed us during the internship are offered a career start as a Private Equity Analyst at AUCTUS after completing their internship.
Your profile
- Minimum Bachelor's degree 5th semester or Master's degree with a commercial, technical or scientific background at a renowned university/business school
- Consistently very good to outstanding academic performance
- First internships at companies in the areas of private equity, management consulting, auditing or investment banking
- Good prior knowledge in the areas of balance sheet, P&L, cash flow analysis, company valuation and financial modeling
- Very good analytical skills and independent working style
- Entrepreneurial mindset and affinity for SMEs
- Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
