Senior Manager (f/m/d) AI Strategy

The SFS AI Center of Excellence as part of the newly established SFS Innovation Hub is looking for a Senior AI Strategist that will actively take part in shaping the digitalization and innovation journey of SFS.As part of the central Strategic Development department, the Innovation Hub consists out of two exceptional teams ("AI Center of Excellence" and "Business Model Innovation"). Together, they are at the forefront of incubating new business models, exploring cutting-edge technologies and driving AI within Siemens Financial Service.
This will be your impact: 

• Continuously drive & adapt the SFS AI strategy to ensure alignment with SFS’s strategic priorities and AI adoption across the organization
• Collaborate with business leaders and partners to identify strategic opportunities where AI can deliver significant value and transformation
• Design and implement AI frameworks that align with SFS' business objectives, ensuring scalability.
• Develop and implement AI enablement concepts, conduct workshops, and train teams to empower the organization with AI capabilities.
• Stay current with AI industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying and exploring opportunities for SFS to innovate and differentiate in the market.
• Support our business units and functions in making the best use of AI to tackle complex challenges, providing training and consultation as needed. 

This is how you'll win us over:

• Education: Degree or equivalent experience in Business with focus on finance, financial mathematics, business informatics or a related technical field
• Experience & Skills:
• At least 5 years of work experience in a financial services company, a consulting company, or an industrial company with a strong strategy background as well as experience in strategic AI development
• Experience as an AI consultant with a customer-centric focus, working closely with non-technical collaborators to translate their needs into AI-driven solutions.
• Experience in leading complex, international projects with interdisciplinary teams and in communication with Senior Management. Additional experience in working together with foreign entities and diverse cultures is helpful.
• Ways of working: Strong analytical skills, a proactive and structured working style, and profound experience in moderating workshops. Methodological know-how with regards to design thinking is a highly welcome.
• Languages: Business proficiency in English
