Cybersecurity Consultant - HealthTech

Key Responsibilities
Develop cybersecurity strategies tailored to healthcare organisations
Design secure IT and OT architectures for hospitals and HealthTech companies
Lead executive-level awareness sessions and internal capability-building
Support secure product development in line with health regulations (e.g. MDR, CRA)
Manage cloud security and legacy system migrations
Advise on compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIS-2, and the Cyber Resilience Act
Deliver projects from planning through to implementation in clinical and R&D settings
What You Bring
Experience in cybersecurity consulting, ideally within healthcare or regulated industries
Strong knowledge of security standards and legal frameworks
Confident communicator, including with non-technical stakeholders and executives
Degree in a technical or IT-related field
Ideal Experience
Certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, ISMS Lead Implementer)
Familiarity with medical technology, hospital IT, or digital health platforms
German language skills (C1+) and background in management consulting
