- Hochschulabschluss oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung mit umfassendem Wissen über Mobile Device Management (MDM) / Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) Software.

- Starke Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Arbeitslasten in einem dynamischen und fortschrittlichen Arbeitsumfeld zu priorisieren.
- Bereitschaft, jährlich etwa 40% bis 60% der Zeit über Nacht zu reisen.
- Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich; zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

Senior Business Consultant – Software
As a Senior Business Consultant – Software, you will be the primary consultant, solution expert, and industry authority during the pre-sales and design phases of the sales process. Working closely with customers, you will identify business opportunities and propose valuable solutions. Leveraging your expertise in our software solutions, you will effectively showcase features, functionalities, and value to customers through interactive presentations and live demonstrations. You will highlight how our software can address specific customer needs and provide tangible benefits to their business.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide consultative recommendations and integration/application design input to prospects and customers.
- Document initial system design and application requirements during the pre-sales process.
- Prepare and validate "Return on Investment" analyses for each project pre-sales and post-implementation.
- Participate in joint sales calls with Honeywell PSS sales team members to provide operational and technical support.
- Assist in training partners to enhance their ability to sell, implement, and support Honeywell Software solutions.
- Engage with various customer representatives, including executives, senior operations management, IT representatives, warehouse operations management, and end-users throughout the pre-sales process.
- Provide internal Product Development teams with customer feedback to improve existing products and develop future products.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent work experience, with extensive knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) / Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) software.
- Minimum of five years of on-site customer support experience, including managing multiple, complex projects from start to completion, and at least five years in pre-sales support roles involving sales demonstrations, sales meetings, and customer negotiations.
- Proven ability to leverage expertise in software solutions to effectively showcase features, functionalities, and value to customers through interactive presentations and live demonstrations.
- Knowledge of Android OS and MDM based on Android Enterprise (SOTI, InTune, Ivanti, etc.), as well as general networking concepts, protocols, and related diagnostic and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize workloads in a dynamic and progressive work environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the customer’s organization.
- Willingness to travel overnight approximately 40% to 60% on an annualized basis.
Fluency in English and German is required; additional language skills are a plus.
