You’ll make a difference by

  • Maintaining comprehensive reporting systems to track task and team progress, service performance, financials, and resource utilization, in coordination with our Finance partner, and preparing regular status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Analyzing available data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement, and ensuring accurate financial reporting by managing budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
  • Acting as the main point of coordination for Cloud Operations stakeholders regarding service delivery, while building a strong contact network across the wider estate, particularly with Portfolio leads and their development teams.
  • Facilitating regular portfolio meetings to manage stakeholder expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout all engagements.
  • Addressing and supporting the resolution of issues and concerns raised by the Cloud Operations team and stakeholders, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement within IT operations and collaborating with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance of all IT operations with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies, while identifying and mitigating risks related to service delivery and financial controls.

Your defining qualities

  • Education: Master´s degree in Computer Science, IT Management or equivalent
  • Experience & Skills
    • Bringing proven experience in IT service delivery, project management, or similar roles within IT and IT Service Management environments.
    • Applying strong financial management and reporting skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint within the M365 / Office suite.
    • Utilizing project management tools and collaboration platforms such as MS Teams, Jira Service Desk, Jira Kanban, and Confluence.
    • Demonstrating solid knowledge of the ITIL 4 framework, ideally backed by a Master-level certification.
    • Understanding core software development principles.
    • Benefiting from training or certifications in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and Agile.
    • Managing multiple priorities under pressure while showing strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

    • Collaborating effectively with global teams across time zones and cultural boundaries.
    • Communicating clearly and confidently across various platforms to ensure alignment and engagement.
    • Contributing to efficient project delivery by applying structured, methodical approaches and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Languages: Communicating fluently in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
