We are looking for a Full-time Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible .

As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for customer contact and are in constant communication. You will maintain contact with our existing national and international customers and get to know their individual needs and requirements in detail. You will analyze their actual processes and general customer satisfaction and will be in constant contact with the responsible SAP consultants in order to continuously improve them and build strong, long-term customer relationships.

Your task is also to proactively generate new customers. You will develop individual strategies for acquiring new customers and use your expertise to offer the best possible products in order to generate a high success rate.

• Preferably you have a degree in economics or an equivalent qualification
• Sound knowledge of the SAP modules FI and MM, as well as in the area of accounting
• Very good communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in value-oriented sales
• Open attitude to life and self-confident demeanor
• Structured, results-oriented way of working
• Very good German and solid English skills, both written and spoken

We will train you for about half a year on our premises in our various software solutions and project processes. We make sure that the different phases are tailored to your needs and previous experience. This ensures the best possible orientation, preparation for future tasks and the opportunity to get to know the team personally. During the orientation phase, we will provide you with free accommodation near the company.
