Deputy nursing manager (m,f,d)
Part-time or full-time
To help shape and further develop our social stations in Ravensburg, Friedrichshafen and the assisted living for seniors in Tettnang, we are now looking for you as deputy nursing service manager in the Ravensburg social station.
We expect, among other things:
- Completed specialist training in geriatric or nursing care
- Management experience, empathy, appreciative interaction, motivating employee management
- Quality management
- High level of technical and social skills
- Identification with the mission statement and values of workers' welfare
- Professional experience in outpatient care
- Good computer user skills in MS Office and ideally in MediFox
Your tasks include:
- Helping shape the corporate culture together with the nursing service management
- Management and design of the nursing team in the Ravensburg social station
- Ensuring optimal care and support for those in need of care
- Organizational and administrative tasks
- Responsible for performance, tour and duty planning
