In the course of a succession at the earliest possible date we are now looking for a driven and visionary Sales & Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to lead our Business Solutions Team (B2B) in the ProAudio division at our headquarters in Rellingen. Join the Sound of Innovation – Become Yamaha’s next:
MANAGER (M/F/D) SALES & MARKETING BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, PRO AUDIO DIVISION
In this position you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow Yamaha’s presence in the installation markets like AV conferencing, hospitality, education, retail etc. in Central and East Europe. You will lead a passionate team, drive regional business development, grow the sales pipeline and ensure alignment with Yamaha’s global strategy.
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies for Yamaha’s Business Solutions portfolio (conferencing solutions, processors, switches, amps, speakers, software etc.)
- Lead the sales team to drive revenue growth and market share across the territories (DACH, BeNeLux, Baltics, CEE and Export countries)
- Be an active part of the European Leadership Team and collaborate across regions, departments and externally with key channel partners, integrators and distributors
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events and training programs in cooperation with the European Marketing team
- Participate in industry trade shows and regional channel partner events as well as supporting the sales organization in processes and negotiations with key clients and partners
- Monitor market trends and dynamics as well as competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Service, and the European marketing team to align customer needs
- has proven experience (5+ years) in sales and/or marketing in the ProAudio or IT industry
- has strong knowledge of professional audio solutions especially networked systems for corporate AV, BGM, hospitality, education etc.
- holds a university degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification and has developed excellent skills in the relevant fields of competence
- has shown leadership qualities in international teams and is able to motivate and inspire people
- is a strategic thinker with hands-on mentality
- is an authentic communicator being able to bridge cultures
- is familiar with Salesforce (CRM system) and SAP S4/HANA (ERP system) and able to analyse data and KPI
- is looking to challenge traditional ways of working and making progress for his/her team
- has flexibility with respect to the place of work and potential commuting
- is willing to travel across Europe
- has fluent German and English language skills
