To be located at our HG in Rheinfelden, we are looking for an experienced

Your key responsibilities
- independently prepare relevant Corporate documents related board changes, AGM and other relevant Corporate events/changes for Tillotts Pharma AG and its affiliates and liaise with external third parties as needed
- maintain up to date records of all relevant Corporate documents for Tillotts Pharma AG and its affiliates
- support Tillotts Pharma AG and its affiliates on any other Corporate matters
- independently and timely compile all relevant legal cases for the bi-annual reporting to the Tillotts Pharma AG board as well as the statutory auditor
- support the Company Secretary in preparing minutes and presentations for the Tillotts Pharma AG board
- regularly review and adapt Policies and SOPs of Legal
Who you are
- Completed training as paralegal or law studies
- 5-7 years of experience as paralegal in legal department
- Business fluency in English and German
- An independent and proactive attitude, but at the same time a team player.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- High level of efficiency and attention to detail.
