Contribute actively to the development of setral® as a team assistant (m/f/d) at the Seeshaupt location.

This is a permanent full-time (40h/week) position. No remote.

Job profile:

  • Planning and implementation of all organizational and administrative tasks that arise as a team assistant
  • Assistance to the management
  • Organization of the reception and care of visitors
  • Care of the telephone switchboard, appointment coordination, resubmissions, processing of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Handling of correspondence in German and partly in English
  • Support in planning and executing external and in-house events / meetings
  • Office and marketing material management, orders, own workplace organization
  • Taking on research activities and requests for quotations
  • Creating, managing and maintaining lists, databases / master data maintenance
  • Support in coordinating external service providers and point of contact for the office space
  • Posting invoices according to specifications (Sage X3)
  • Fleet management

These are the qualifications you bring:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or further education, preferably in the hotel and restaurant industry
  • Ideally some initial professional experience in a secretarial/assistant role (not essential)
  • We are also happy to give motivated career changers a chance
  • Good written and spoken German and basic English skills
  • Communication and team skills with a high level of trustworthiness
  • organizational skills and a sense of responsibility, hands-on mentality
