To further expand our team in Stabio , we are looking for an International Recruiter & Consultant who will join our Corporate & Staff Division .
YOUR ROLE:
As an International Recruiter and Consultant, you will play a key role in leading recruitment projects for global clients , with a particular focus on supporting market expansion strategies and international growth plans .
You will:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , from client briefing to final negotiations.
- Specialize in the search and selection of C-Level and senior executive profiles .
- Identify and engage top talent through headhunting, networking, and strategic sourcing .
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing clients and new prospects .
- Contribute to cross-functional corporate projects , including:
- Talent market analysis and HR advisory
- Preparation of impactful corporate presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, and other tools
- Support in Employer Branding and strategic client communication
- Act as a strategic partner in international market entry and organizational development projects , providing insights on talent strategy and leadership mapping.

YOUR PROFILE:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Executive Search or HR Recruitment, preferably in a consulting environment or Corporate field.
- Strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-driven approach.
- Native Italian, Fluent English (minimum C1 level) . French and/or German will be considered more than an asset.
- Previous experience within structured HR departments is a plus.
