To reinforce our team, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Consultant (m/f/d) to assist our clients in their digital transformation.

Your tasks:

• Analysis and optimization of our customers’ IT processes
• Designing and implementing complex IT solutions
• Consulting and supporting customers with IT projects
• Carrying out requirements analyses and creating technical concepts
• Collaboration in project teams and ensuring the achievement of objectives
• Conducting workshops, training courses and presentations for customers
• Preparation of project documentation and reports
• Active participation in client meetings and presentation of proposed solutions

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in IT consulting or in a similar position
• Knowledge of analyzing, designing and implementing IT systems and processes
• Experience in the management and implementation of IT projects
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High degree of customer orientation and service mentality
• Independent and structured way of working
• Willingness to undergo continuous training and familiarization with new technologies
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Located in Stuttgart Region
