We offer you an high-impact leadership role within a global organization at the forefront of HR transformation and the opportunity to shape and drive strategic HR initiatives in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
Tasks
- Strategic HR Advisory: Provide holistic support and counsel to HR leaders and managers on key strategic HR matters, ensuring alignment with global objectives
- HR Transformation & Change Management: Drive HR transformation efforts, working closely with Organizational Development (OD) to implement change initiatives effectively
- Global HR Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of HR experts, ensuring high performance, collaboration, and continuous development
- Upskilling & Reskilling: Design and execute upskilling and reskilling programs that enhance HR capabilities in alignment with transformation goals
- Regional HR Support: Partner with regional and local HR teams to align their People & Leadership agendas with the global HR strategy
- Organizational Design: Contribute to shaping a lean, agile, and future-ready HR organization, ensuring key capabilities are developed
- Standardized HR Processes: Support the implementation of globally harmonized HR processes to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability
- Workforce & Succession Planning: Develop and oversee workforce planning and succession management strategies to secure future HR talent
- HR Community: Foster a HR community mindset, ensuring a seamless and consistent HR experience for employees and managers across the organization
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain trusted partnerships with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to drive HR excellence
- International HR Projects: Contribute to global HR initiatives that strengthen DEKRA’s position as a leader in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) industry
- Executive Support: Act as a key strategic partner to the CHRO, ensuring organizational readiness and alignment with the company’s transformation journey
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably with an HR focus
- Extensive HR experience at the Business Partner level within a global, corporate organization (experience in a matrix structure is an advantage)
- Proven expertise in HR transformation, change management, and organizational development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage HR metrics for decision-making and long-term planning
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels of the organization
- Strategic mindset, strong conceptual thinking, and outstanding communication skills
- Hands-on, results-driven approach with adaptability to fast-changing priorities
- Business fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
