Your tasks?

• As an intern (m/f/x) you support our HR Service Team in all matters related to the Employee Life Cycle and have the opportunity to gain exciting insights into the topic of HR management.

• Your key responsibilities include administrative activities, including the preparation of employment contracts and certificates, and the systematic handling of changes in working hours.

• Active collaboration with various internal and external contacts is also part of your daily work.

• You will also receive an individual induction and a variety of opportunities for personal development.

Your profile?

• You currently study (economic) psychology, business administration with a focus on human resources or a comparable course of study and bring enthusiasm to the subject of human relations, ideally complemented by initial experience in the HR environment.

• You are characterized by open and empathetic communication as well as an independent and structured way of working, with a high sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to you as a matter of course.

• You will also have good MS Office skills and a quick grasp of new subject areas and systems.

• Excellent written and spoken German and English round off your profile.
