Your tasks?

• As an intern (m/f/x) in Workplace & Office Management/ Goods Receiving, you support our team in particular in goods receiving incl. customs handling , package acceptance and dispatch.

• Your tasks include supporting the ordering and acceptance of software licenses as well as the creation, description and optimization of processes .

• You will also gain insights into facility management and contribute to space planning, setting up technical workplaces and managing and maintaining our buildings.

• In addition, you will support the commissioning and management of service providers.

• If needed and interested, you will also be involved in cross-team topics relating to our Business Unit Governance & Business Services.

• You will also help with the preparation, organization and moderation of meetings, including the planning and implementation of team meetings.

Your profile?

• You are currently studying real estate management, business administration or a comparable degree program .

• You are also able to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and like to take responsibility for your activities.

• In addition, you are characterized by your reliability , solution-oriented working methods and empathetic communication .

• You would like to be on site with your colleagues in the office and would like to actively support the team with your hands-on mentality-in short, you are a real team player .

• Excellent written and spoken German and English round off your profile .
