Position Summary
As a Clinical Research Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within our Clinical and Nutritional Research team. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is eager to assist in various aspects of clinical development, particularly in early life nutritional studies. This internship is designed to provide you with a valuable learning experience, allowing you to observe and participate in clinical trial design, operations, documentation, and data analysis, all within a supportive environment at a leading global nutrition company.
A Day in the Life of a Clinical Research Intern
- Assist in the design and implementation of clinical studies related to nutritional interventions.
- Support the preparation of clinical trial documentation (eg. protocols, study reports).
- Conduct competitive landscaping and relevant literature reviews.
- Assist in data collection, management, and preliminary analysis.
- Participate in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
What will make you successful
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Clinical Research, Public Health, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and nutritional science, with familiarity in regulatory requirements and guidelines governing clinical trials. Previous work or academic experience in a related area would be an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of statistical software and data analysis techniques to support research objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI), and AI tools (eg. ChatGPT, Copilot).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
