Your responsibilities

• Carrying out analyses and developing solutions for complex topics and issues related to our software products in close cooperation with customers, product owners and internal development
• Capturing and documenting customer requirements for the software development process and preparing these requirements in the form of user stories
• Working closely with software developers and customers in agile teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient project implementation
• Supporting development sprints to clarify professional or technical ambiguities

Your profile

• Completed studies in business informatics, business administration or a comparable field of study
• Experience with software solutions and knowledge of agile methods and tools (e.g. SCRUM, Atlassian Jira and Confluence) are an advantage
• Independent and precise way of working as well as strong analytical skills
• Technical understanding and the ability to explain complex interrelations in an understandable and structured way
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Reliability and an independent and structured way of working

The position may also include technical documentation and software testing tasks.
