We’re looking for a dedicated Office Cleaner to keep our Vienna office in top condition. Working closely with our Office Management team, you’ll ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace for our team members, clients and visitors.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Maintain Cleanliness: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Manage Supplies: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, ensuring storage areas are well-organized.
• Report Maintenance Issues: Notify Office Management of any repairs or facility concerns to maintain a safe and functional workspace.
• Follow Safety Standards: Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a clean and risk-free environment.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with Office Management and staff to support the smooth operation of the office.
• Knowledgeable & Organized: Understand cleaning chemicals and safety data sheets while managing tasks efficiently.
• Proactive & Reliable: Bring a detail-oriented, responsive, and team-minded approach to your work.
• Fluent German and English skills are required.
• A valid B driver’s license is a plus.
