Senior Consultant Information Security (m/w/d)

• Du berätst unsere Kunden mithilfe unserer Plattform bezüglich der Informationssicherheit in ihrem Unternehmen und erstellst Informationssicherheits-Managementsysteme (ISMS) "from scratch", welche du nach erfolgreichem Aufbau weiterhin mit betreust
• Du führst unsere Kunden als vertrauensvolle/r Partner/in durch den Auditprozess für Zertifizierungen wie TISAX®️ und ISO 27001
• Du unterstützt unser Sales und Customer Success Team beim Cross- und Up-Selling bestehender Kunden
• Du entwickelst unsere InfoSec Lösung stetig weiter, indem du qualifiziertes Feedback an unser Produktteam weitergibst

• Du hast bereits fundierte Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen IT- und Information Security sammeln können
• Du bringst praktische Erfahrungen mit Managementsystemen wie z.B. ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC2 oder TISAX®️ mit
• Du warst bereits in kundennahen Rollen tätig (Beratung, Projektmanagement, Kundensupport o.ä.)
• Du hast sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsskills in exzellentem Deutsch und Englisch
• Du verfügst über eine prozess- und kundenorientierte Denkweise

• IT-orientiertes Studium oder Ausbildung
• Erfahrungen im SaaS oder Legal Tech Umfeld

• You will use our platform to advise our customers on information security in their company and create information security management systems (ISMS) "from scratch", which you will continue to support once they have been successfully set up.
• You lead our customers as a trusted partner through the audit process for certifications such as TISAX®️ and ISO 27001
• You support our Sales and Customer Success Team in cross- and up-selling existing customers
• You will continuously develop our InfoSec solution by providing qualified feedback to our product team

• You have already been able to gain sound professional experience in the areas of IT and information security
• You have practical experience with management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC2 or TISAX®️
• You have already worked in customer-related roles (consulting, project management, customer support or similar)
• You have very good communication and presentation skills in excellent German and English
• You have a process and customer oriented mindset
• You know the latest developments in IT and information security and are interested in data protection

• IT-oriented studies or training
• Experience in SaaS or legal tech environment
