Ihre Aufgaben:
- Hauptkontakt für alle rechtlichen Belange unserer globalen Sales & Service-Organisation und umfassende rechtliche Beratung
- Gestaltung, Prüfung und Verhandlung von Verträgen mit in- und ausländischen Partnern
- Führung außergerichtlicher Verhandlungen und gerichtlicher Verfahren
- Steuerung und Koordination externer Kanzleien
- Monitoring, Aufbereitung und Kommunikation relevanter regulatorischer Änderungen
- Weiterentwicklung von Vertragsstandards, Mustern und Prozessen
Unsere Anforderungen:
- Engagierte/r Volljurist/in mit zwei überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenen juristischen Staatsexamina
- Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem international tätigen Unternehmen oder einer Wirtschaftsrechtskanzlei
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Zivil-, Handels- und Vertragsrecht, Vertriebs- und Wettbewerbsrecht
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Vertragsgestaltung, -prüfung und -verhandlung und Streitbeilegung
- Eigenverantwortliche, selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, freundliches und souveränes Auftreten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
