Deutsch: Der Verband ist das führende Branchen- und Wissens-Netzwerk von BPO, ITO und SSC Verantwortlichen sowie Organisationen in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz. Als Netzwerk firmieren wir als gemeinnützige Mitgliederorganisation, um in unserer Region eine unabhängige Informations- und Kooperationsplattform zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Mit unseren Aktivitäten und Initiativen vertreten wir sowohl die Interessen von Nutzern in der DACH Region, als auch von lokalen sowie globalen Experten und Anbietern von Outsourcing-Leistungen.
Um den Markt für Geschäftsprozess-, IT- und Shared Services nachhaltig zu unterstützen, bieten wir ein breites Spektrum an Informationsleistungen und unterhalten ein repräsentatives, nationales sowie internationales Netzwerk.
Mit dem Outsourcing Journal liefern wir Informationen zum Markt, Organisationen, Fallbeispielen und Lösungen sowie zu globalen Destinationen für IT- und Geschäftsprozessleistungen. We incorporated as non-profit, membership organization in Germany to build and provide an independent information and co-operation platform. With our activities and initiatives we represent service buyers from our markets as well as national and global service providers.
In order to support the market for business process- and IT-services in Germany, Austria and Switzerland we provide information services and maintain a broad national and international network.
Via the Outsourcing Journal we deliver information about the market, organizations, best practices and solutions as well as about global destinations for IT- and business process services.
