Die Krone Gruppe (Jahresumsatz 1,9 Mrd. €) umfasst die Geschäftsbereiche Landtechnik und Nutzfahrzeuge. Das 1906 gegründete Unternehmen wird heute in vierter Generation von der Familie Krone geführt. Hauptumsatzträger der Gruppe ist der Nutzfahrzeugbereich (etwa 1,3 Mrd. €). An den Standorten in Werlte, Herzlake, Lübtheen, Dinklage und Tire (TR) werden Pritschen- und Koffersattelauflieger, Containerfahrgestelle, Wechselsysteme, Anhänger und Motorwagenaufbauten sowie KEP-Fahrzeuge produziert. Neben den Produkten bietet Krone ein umfassendes Dienstleistungspaket, mit u.a. Finanzierung, Mietfahrzeugen und der Vermarktung von Gebrauchtfahrzeugen. Die Krone Trailer Achse und der All-In-KRONE Trailer sorgen außerdem dafür, dass der Kunde bei allen Fragen auf einen Ansprechpartner vertrauen kann.
The Krone-Group (annual sales 1.9 billion €) comprises the business units agricultural machinery and commercial trailers. The company, which was founded in 1906, is today in its fourth generation of ownership of the family Krone. The mainstay of sales of the group is the commercial trailer unit (approx. 1.3 billion €). At the production sites in Werlte, Herzlake, Lübtheen, Dinklage and Tire (TR) Curtain Siders and Insulated & Dry Freight Semi Trailers, Container-Chassis, Carrier Systems, Trailers and Superstructures as well as CEP-vehicles are produced. In addition to its products, Krone also offers a comprehensive service package, with e.g. Finance, vehicles for rent and the marketing of used vehicles. The Krone Trailer Axle and the All-in-Krone Trailer also ensure that, in case of questions, the customer has only one contact person which he can rely on.
