MBB Fertigungstechnik is a wordwide leading equipment manufacturer of welding- and assembly lines for the automobil industry. Furthermore, services for tool manufacturing, innovative transport systems for exact positioning as well as inline measuring solutions are offered. Other industries are aerospace, solar- and windenergy as well as white goods.

1968 Establishment of CLAAS Fertigungstechnik as a division of the CLAAS agricultural
machinery business
1988 The company gains independence as CLAAS Fertigungstechnik GmbH
2012 CLAAS Fertigungstechnik becomes MBB Fertigungstechnik and thus part of the
quoted MBB group
2013 Foundation of subsidiady MBB Technologies Ltd. in China, Changzhou
