Available positions include:

First-Year Analyst

During the three-year program you will work on a variety of corporate transactions.  Analyst opportunities are available in a number of our offices.

We are seeking talents who are committed to excellence in their work and high professional and ethical standards.

Primary responsibilities include:

· Performing financial, operating and industry analyses.

· Creating financial models.

· Gathering market data to help value companies.

· Drafting of transaction documents.

· Drafting of presentations and memoranda for an audience within the Firm and for clients, boards and committees.

· Attending team and client meetings.

· Doing market research and various analyses in support of new business generation.

Required qualifications

· You have a strong academic background, e.g., a degree (Bachelor or Master) in business administration, economics or finance

· You have exceptional analytical and numerical skills

· You are result-driven and perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines

· You are a team player capable of managing a variety of responsibilities

· You are fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Arabic, French, German, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish

· Additional languages would be advantageous

· You are proficient in standard office software like MS Word®, MS Excel®, MS Power Point®, MS Access®

· You have strong presentation skills

Associate

You will be exposed to a range of advisory activities as you work with experienced decision makers.  You will play an integral role in the team providing support for all stages of transaction execution.  Associate opportunities are available in a number of our offices.

We are seeking talents who are committed to excellence in their work and high professional and ethical standards.

Primary responsibilities include:

· Managing and assisting in the execution of transactions.

· Performing financial and strategic analyses and in-depth industry research.

· Conducting industry and company-specific due diligence related to transactions.

· Engineering, reviewing and editing financial models and valuation analysis through a demonstrated proficiency in corporate finance and accountancy theory.

· Drafting memoranda for sale assignments.

· Preparing and presenting materials used in client meetings in a clear and compelling manner.

· Acting as a mentor to Analysts by serving as a teaching resource and through the delegation of appropriate work streams.

· Assisting in the development and continued cultivation of client relationships.

Required qualifications

· You have a strong academic background, e.g., a degree (Master or Doctorate) in business administration, economics or finance

· You have 2-3 years of experience in corporate finance or a related financial background

· You have excellent knowledge in financial modeling and general accountancy principles

· You can articulate complex ideas and generate effective solutions

· You are willing to take on responsibilities, and are able to excel in both team and self-directed settings

· You are fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Arabic, French, German, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish

· Additional languages would be advantageous

· You are proficient in standard office software like MS Word®, MS Excel®, MS Power Point®, MS Access®

· You have strong presentation skills
