Founded in 2015, Urban Heroes is a young lifestyle brand, it's core product being a fitness boutique which offers one-of-a-kind workouts that are not only fun, but also highly effective and time efficient.
By combining chart-topping beats, the top trainers in the business and a state-of-the-art studio; each individual is pushed to their limit in a group setting which incorporates High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and functional weight exercises in a club-like atmosphere. The unique Urban Heroes workout increases cardiovascular ability, builds strength and effectively and efficiently assists with weight loss - making guests fitter, stronger and healthier.
The Urban Heroes team is made up of fitness enthusiasts who believe in the power of healthy living to lead long and fulfilling lives. All Resident Hero Trainers are highly qualified and dedicated to helping every Hero achieve their personal fitness and weight goals.
Endorsed by Cosmopolitan, Grazia and FitForFun - Urban Heroes is making waves in Hamburg, where it launched it's flagship store in July 2016. The Urban Heroes’ Hub in Hamburg is situated in the central business district, directly at the Gänsemarkt station. Further studios will be launching on a national scale in multiple large cities including Frankfurt, Munich and Düsseldorf.
