• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers and disrupting them as per project plan. • Coordinating with all disciplines, client, and team of construction managers to ensure that work is carried out as per international codes and project specification. • Conducting workshops with stakeholders, controlling the changes on time and budget by BIM and report the recommended solutions to the top management.

• Leading team of draftsmen and engineers to provide all technical submittals. • Following up with BIM modelers, NAVISWORK progress and reports and coordinating with planners to prepare 4D and 5D models • Following up with client and designers and provide all required support and presentations • Provided the Construction Management function with technical and operational support in all activities associated with the project construction process and related to the civil requirements.

• Leading team of 140 construction workers to hand over 4 buildings as per project specs and drawings. • Supervising the construction works, monitoring the quality and time in addition to submitting daily progress reports

• Checking material submittals and all technical submittals to make sure work is done as per project specification. • Following up with designer and preparing all required submittals • checking calculation reports and provide technical advice

• Responsible of supervising the rehabilitation process, providing regular reports, leading a team of 25 junior engineers, evaluating budget and workflow of the process. • Followed up with sub-contractors, material suppliers to manage the cost and to make sure work is done as per project specification and local standards

• Supervising the execution of infra works as per plan • Being involved in infrastructure processing works (casting storms , fixing pipe joints) • Accounting the material purchased for execution of projects • Maintain appropriate records and sending periodical reports
