• Supporting Windows, Linux and VMware platform. • Participated in disaster recovery of client after Ransomware attack • Build, configure and commission servers, including physical and virtual. • Performing periodical DR tests. • Build, configuring and patching and upgrading VMware ESXi hosts. • Configure and deploy virtual machines in both ESXi hosts and Windows Hyper V . • Managing Esxi hosts and VMs using VCentre . • Resolving tickets related to production and performance issues.

• Manage and maintain Windows servers and desktop OS. • Management of DELL tape library and NETAPP storage devices. • Management and configuration of IP cameras and Biometric devices. • Managing backup operations (Power vault). • Configuring Symantec Antivirus and Symantec Endpoint Protection. • Maintain an accurate database of the network configuration and computer equipment inventory. • Monitor network traffic and investigate anomalies. • To support overall Datacenter operations.

• Installation of Windows and Linux Servers & workstations , maintenance of workstations • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements. • Configuration and troubleshooting of networks and devices. • Participate in weekly meetings with the IT team to discuss progress and issues to be resolved, and report progress on a weekly basis to the IT Manager. • Handling IT Stores and Purchase.
