More than a decade of management experience in global projects for DAX40/Fortune 500 companies focusing on strategy, M&A and digitalization. Focus industries are chemicals, pharmaceuticals and automotive. I support my clients in carve-outs & integrations, corporate/business unit strategy development and implementation, process design, optimization & digitalization, due diligences, culture & change, ERP template creation & roll-out both in traditional as well as agile working modes. Additional activities include cattle breeding as well as university lecturing in psychology and business.

Exploring current challenges and chances concerning Work 4.0, New Work & Agile Leadership in the RFH's Business Psychology Master's programme. This completely new course is lead by Dr. Laura Gärtner and me, combining 20 years of strategy consulting, organisational development, training, coaching & research experience.
Focusing on transactions and transformations, I manage integrated global projects for corporates and Private Equities, mostly in Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals and Automotive. Services include carve-outs & post merger integrations and corporate strategy.
Vorträge und Seminare in den Fachbereichen Psychologie und Wirtschaftswissenschaften zu Themen wie Strategie, Change, M&A, Umweltpsychologie & Sustainability, Führung und Kommunikation. Im SS2021 und im WS2021/22 halte ich ein Projektseminar im Bereich Stragie & Post Merger Integration als Teil des Master Curriculums in Wirtschaftspsychologie an der Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg.
