Über mich
The core of my Ph.D was the radioactive element "Technetium", where i had the chance to learn the chemistry of this uniqe element and its use in nuclear and diagnostic medicine. Furthermore, i learned how to handle radioactive materials and work safely in a radioactive lab. Since August 2020 and till today i have been working as an employee in the radiation protection center of Justus Liebig University. We, the Radiation Protection Group, are part of the Safety and Environment Department and are responsible for: i) implementation of radiation protection law in all university institutes ii) the disposal of radioactive waste iii) Radiometry and IV) consultant services in terms of radiation protection.
