- Responsible for an end to end project management activities throughout the entire project life cycle, including project initiation/kick-off, project planning, execution, monitoring till closure of the projects with the focus on budget, time, quality and client satisfaction by achieving the client objectives.

-Worked as a Developer, Team Lead • Analyze the client’s requirement and develop Functional and Technical requirements documents based on ISO standards. • Work in a team, lead sometimes and divide, prioritize modules to be developed or enhanced. • Design, development and unit testing • Training the users as well as new joiners on various technological aspects of the projects

-Developing the Application using SOA Framework using Jcaps ESB With Liferay Portal Server on UNIX --Environment using NetBeans IDE. -Use-Case Analysis, Business Process Modelling for each business requirement. -User Interface analysis, architecture along with entity modeling.

-Developing the Application using iFoundry rule engine With Liferay Portal Server on windows environment using NetBeans IDE. -learning SOA Principles and Architecture design and implementaion. -Working as an Interface between the client and the company from Requirement gathering. -Use Software engineering techniques in the project management. -Training new team members on the required technologies and project understanding. -Presenting various Technological concepts to the client and the team.

I was fully engaged with the Design, Development and Maintenance of Software artifacts. I have exposure to J2EE (EJB, JSP, AJAX, Servlet, Struts, MVC, Hibernate, Log4J) Core Java, HTML, SQL. I have also worked in Liferay Portal Server.
