• Design, plan, implement, support and maintain network data systems. • Maintain, monitor and operate the warehouses’ networks, security and computing platforms. • Assist in developing the policies and processes for the Infrastructure team. • Demonstrate and practice defined testing for changes in the production. • Create the required design and support docs. for projects, systems builds, processes and changes. • Work with technology vendors to improve the tools and performance.

• Operating, maintaining and administering Data Network & Packet Core production Routers, Switches and Firewalls. • Revising all config. requests by Data Network & Packet Core dev. teams. • Handling incidents of higher severity acting as the highest point of technical escalation. • Monitoring data traffic and services (web, WAP, MMS, CWS, Blackberry and data roaming). Auditing Network health checks. • Ensuring SLA fulfillment for incidents and requests on Service Manager assigned to the team.

•Providing, configuring and troubleshooting of different enterprise network solutions with different tx medias (Local Loops, fiber, 3G, WIMAX, Remote office …etc.). •Implementing of MPLS VPN L2 and L3. •Implementing CE-PE routing (RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP and static) between customer’s networks and TE Data network. •Configuring customer ports on DSLAMs and MSANs. •Dealing with other providers (Telecom Italy, Verizon Business, PCCW, TATA and Tawasul Telecom) for MPLS Solutions.

Network Rollout: • Install and manage LDN network DSLAMs , MUXs and other Edge network devices. • Install and manage Cisco , Juniper and HP Routers , Switches and other Core network devices. • Handle required sites survey and Implementation for network expansions.
