Department of Campaign Management: •Improving the efficiency of mobile marketing operations of Vodafone by creating the advertising slogans, taglines, and ads within two campaigns (Mobile-internet campaign and SMS-campaign) •Analyzing the emotional and psychological impacts of these taglines through experiments on the subscribers of Vodafone •Determining the benchmark taglines for both campaigns by means of these experiments

Department of Outgoing Exchange (OGX) at LC Magdeburg: • Managing the formal procedures of bilateral agreements with AIESEC partners (branches, institutions, or companies) • Sending students abroad for social projects / internships within the maximum possible organizational conditions

•Coordinating and motivating the members of organization committee for the maximum efficiency in operations •Planning timetable and flowchart of the seminar with the AIESEC trainers, facilitating extra social events for the delegates •Planning and monitoring the financial management of all operations within the ICLS

Department of Security Systems: •Providing technical support in both German and English hotlines for the worldwide distribution issues •Processing the requests, complaints, and questions of customers to relevant departments of the company

Department of Incoming Exchange (ICX): • Organizing social events and facilitating intercultural workshops in order to shorten the exchange participants’ adaptation periods

•Doing individual researches periodically within the topics of productive health, HIV / AIDS prevention, and autistic children; afterwards presenting the results within the international group of volunteers •Presenting the significant results of these researches to Chinese adults at various public information centers in Qingdao •Lecturing English at Chinese kindergartens

Department of Sales & Marketing, Renewable Energy Products: •Learning about the product portfolio, organizational structure and the existing sales channels in Turkey •Brainstorming for improving the existing sales and marketing campaigns of condensing-boilers and air-conditioners •Optimizing heat-pump systems for various types of buildings, and actively participating in their installation processes

Department of Maintenance, Quality & Assurance: •Learning about the fundamental principles of Six Sigma, observing its implementation within the manufacturing plant •Actively participating in the mechanical and electrical maintenance applications of injection-molding and press machines •Performing the life cycle, welding penetration, and sponge ruin tests for the final products of seating systems

Department of Production Management, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM): •Conducting a KAIZEN project in order to reduce wastes and improve the operational manufacturing efficiency of assembly lines, welding lines, and the raw-material feeding systems of pressure-vessels •Performing a Statistical Process Control (SPC) analysis for the production-lines of pressure-vessels •Learning about the fundamental principles of TPM, and implementing them within the projects worked
