-Process the various online orders and responsible for sorting, assigning and packing them in a customer-friendly manner. -Developed a deep understanding of the logistics process flows like Forward Logistics (Order Fulfilment), Reverse Logistics (Retoure), Click&Collect. - Had an exposure of using software tools such as Twist and Atoss and was the part of a team where we were able to process more than 20000 orders in a day.

• Making the 2-D & 3-D drawings of various mechanical parts with the aid of designing software like Creo and Solid Works. • Supported the team on the projects assigned to us by the client companies. • Coordinated with the client companies for development of the design according to the requirement .
