I am Alaeddine Zarrouk, and I am 29 years old. I am an electrical and automatics engineer from Tunisia. Although my 5 years experience is more technical-related, yet I've been always more known for my quality and system related approaches. My current and previous managers know me for being well organized, autonomous and resourceful plenty of creative and challenging solutions. From my perspective I see myself as a dreamer with strategic vision and lean mindset. I am a curious person, hungry to learn and I am always developing and sharping my skills and my knowledge. Like everyone on this earth, I've made a lot of achievements and I am proud of them, and many other mistakes and I am keeping learning from them. And my motivation for is always what Nelson Mandela had said: "I never lose, I either win or learn".
