Developing, establishing and executing growth strategy with an international board of directors. Organizing P&L and securing new business and partnership opportunities. Manage the regional sales (from prospect identification to closing the sale) with the goal of maximizing utilization of company assets, increasing market share, and expanding into new markets.

Key Achievements:  21 content websites fully created and integrated with e-payment/m-payment  Introduced and innovated R&D flagship product with SMS payment subscription model that was generating revenue of 30K EUR / month  Developed new quality standards for better quality performance and reliability

Duties & Responsibilities> Implementation and maintenance of internal web portal with online services that helped Heads of Delegations (HoD) to report a problem or better utilize their resources in Univeristy Village. Leading and coordinating team of 3 developers and 1 web designer. Key Achievements:>  This web portal was rated 4.3 (of 5) and listed in HoD’s feedbacks as one of the most usefull assets during Universiade in Belgrade

Duties & Responsibilities> BTL sales event management (logistics organization, execution, supervising, reporting and after event activities).
