Primary point of contact for EMEA and APAC, providing financial results and analysis to global LOB CFO. Ensuring accuracy of all period financial reporting and analysis – for the business line, client analysis, risk reporting, and initiatives tracking for the international Asset Servicing businesses. Develop recommendations to local management on investment, client pricing, and client retention strategies.

Responsible for Business Line financials for Continental Europe, reporting to the CE CEO and to the Asset Servicing EMEA CFO, including LOB Financial Statements, Investment Decision Support, Business Plans, and Budgeting. Lead client profitability and revenue initiatives. Provide analysis and financial leadership for Management and client relationship teams.

Co-lead the implementation of IFRS standards regarding Financial Instruments (EIR, Securitization, Fair Value) at the Financial Institution, including appropriate implementation into the new SAP system. This has included design of an ABAP program in SAP to accommodate prepayments. Also I am the lead for the management accounting (CO) stream in the SAP implementation - designing the framework for Cost Centres, Profit Centres, Allocations, and Profit Centre derivation rules.

Developed the ABC model in ACORN to improve timeliness, accuracy and relevancy. Performed extensive re-work of the IT portion of the model based on discussions with the VP of IT. Automated processes and reporting.

Responsible for the Funds Transfer Pricing engine. Developed and maintained all primary financial management reporting using SQL - including Actual vs Budget reporting and analysis at company, region, and branch levels. Developed officer reporting.

Responsible for NTR engagements, a review, and inventory counts. Prepared tax and client communications. Planned review procedures with my senior.

Volunteered for 18 months in Zambia. Performed accounting clerk and A/P functions in Pastel, including handling cash. Autonomously performed the account migration for our subsidiary - Mukinge Hospital.

Developed and automated the data collection, analysis, and reporting for the Variable Pay program, which was based on individual and collective metrics for all employees.

Audit Student. Performed review and audit engagements with a focus on the Oil & Gas industry.
