We are building Data Intelligence Hub to store, share, sell, process, analyze, enrich data. I'm working with 2 great development teams ~7 people each, 7 teams total, we are using SAFe to scale our Agile work. We are distributed in about 7 main locations, as well as a bunch of individual home offices around Germany, Russia, Hungary and India. Amazing!

One of my lovely projects: Scum Master in Software development and automation testing of the software router for our client from USA. 11 people (tools and technologies - CLI, REST, Robot framework, DevOps, Virtual Box, AWS, hardware equipment). In the project, I work on several roles at the same time: as PM, as Product Owner and as Scrum Master. Responsibilities: Regular internal and external reporting, the scope of work negotiations, team velocity calculation, planning of work. And much more...
