EHT Partnervoice (Internal democratic group) representative Focusing on shrinkage and profit, I coordinated training for the Electrical department, Managers, Steering Group and the Head of Branch to ensure that our branch was fully compliant with new procedures. Instigated a department notice board following strong responses across the department that more effective communication was needed. Resolving customer queries and complaints sent from the call centre.

Achieved an NVQ level 3 qualification Led events to increase profit. Keeping track of stock levels and requesting stock allocation during peak trading. Carrying out stock handling and systems processes to minimise risk and loss. Delivering excellent customer service across the electrical assortment. To observe colleagues and give them feedback, and receiving feedback in return.
