As part of Business Unit Mobile Networks Test Solutions, major area of work involves managing complete software development life cycle for GCF, PTCRB & Verizon USIM/USAT Conformance Test solution products for mobile phones, IoT and similar devices using R&S CMW500. Responsibilities include: Developing 2G, 3G, LTE and eMTC conformance test cases based on 3GPP specifications, maintaining branches in Perforce, analyzing debug logs to find and fix bugs, Continuous Integration and level 2 customer support.

Optimized system throughput by accurate SINR estimation in Type 1 in-band relay extended heterogeneous networks. Analyzed factors like limited buffer, varying number of relays and fluctuating load conditions in different subframes, which contributes to dynamic interference leading to inaccurate SINR estimation. Enhancement of MATLAB based LTE-A System level Simulator by optimizing core components for the simulation.

Member of team working on Biometric projects with special focus on iris recognition. Analyzed algorithms for segmentation, normalization, feature extraction, and performed intra and inter class comparisons using Masek's open source MATLAB implementation. Analyzed the feature-distribution by applying 1-D and 2-D Gabor filters and worked on new methods such as Ordinal measures
