More than 10 years of experience in the field of information technology, alongside managing and maintaining servers and various systems and networks, academic education and practical experience in organizations of different scales, made me a useful troubleshooter. But big things didn't stop me to help colleagues to solve their problems. Besides, I tried to help them in different departments as a helpdesk specialist. Working at RayanehKomak (computer troubleshooting call center), helped me to solve thousands of computer problems via the phone that led to improve my IT knowledge. Then I started my new job as a network administrator at biggest mining company in Iran, IMPASCO, and it was appropriate opportunity to flourish my capabilities. After 2 years, I was approved as the Head of the IT Department . Currently, I work as a research expert, doing research about IOT related to mines.
