Responsible for the management and implementation of lean manufacturing projects in the manufacturing lines (gear boxes and engines). Duties include: - Definition of engineering solutions and implementation of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. - Project management: planning, scoping, budget definition. - Supplier management: technical assessment, negotiation, work schedule definition, team management.

As a systems engineer, I’m highly specialized in Air Systems (ATAs 21 and 36) for commercial airplanes (A320, A330, A350). The projects and activities under my scope are: - In Service Occurences (ISO) management and resolution - Development of the new integrated air conditioning controller for A320neo - Qualification I’m working also as a Project Manager for the requirements’ Validation & Verification process of the new models ACJ319/320 and ACF321, and the new versions of A350XWB.

- Responsible for providing technical and manufacturing support to Airbus Industrial Partners within A400M Programme, and for the coordination of the outstanding works and repairs. Managing a team of up to 15 technicians. - Job preparation (access, drawings, tools, etc.), giving priorities and solving blocking points on the aircraft. - In charge of Lean Manufacturing projects. Reduction of set up time by 50%. Logistic Kanban system implementation.

- Flight Test Aircraft Manager. Configuration management of Flight Test aircrafts to Validate and Certificate new systems and capabilities. One year programme at Airbus Seville, combining Master studies with internship as MAP Aircraft Manager. - Non-conformities management (HNCs, DQNs, Concessions…). - Systems integration and development, providing support to A400M Design Offices. - Development of programming Tools (VBA). Reduction of non-conformities report generation by 90%.

- Design of aerostructures. CAD software (Catia V5, Solidworks). - NPI and development of existing products. - Parts (metallic and composite) and assemblies definition (materials, BOM, drawings, suppliers). - Structural analysis. FEM calculation (Nastran-Patran, Hyperworks, Optistruct). ALM (Additive Layer Manufacturing, 3D Printing). Optimized geometry part design.
