I am an IPC- 610-A certified experienced technical professional in the SMT manufacturing field , currently designated as a Production Manager with a leading warehouse automation Indian MNC- Addverb Technologies Pvt. Ltd. I have worked with JAPANESE company HITACHI in the past, and therefore, worked and lived in Japan for a short period of time as well. I have operational and programming experience in Paste Printer, Chip mounter, SPI, Reflow oven, X-RAY, and AOI machines. Furthermore, I am experienced in PT200, DGS Console, HCT, Microsoft Dynamics Navision, SAP, and SPI and AOI- EPM programming software. I have vast domestic and international exposure in electronic equipment manufacturing. So far, I have manufactured ECU( Electronics control unit), LED products ( drivers, chargers, Transformers, Robots ( warehouse automation robotics cards). I have gained German proficiency as well. I have completed my German examination and achieved a certificate for it.

It was a life changing decision to be associated with KEIHIN MANUFACTURING now HITACHI ASTEMO. I was fortunate to get trained in JAPAN on the ECU project. HITACHI helped me to gain in-depth knowledge in the field of SMT manufacturing. During my tenure, with the help of surface mounting technology, I manufactured various ECUs for leading Automobile companies like Honda, TVS, Hero, Maruti suzuki, and many more.
