In this role, I hold an accountability to deliver effective technical consultation to customer regards to maintaining awareness of day-to-day activities, technology evolution, and problem process compliance with customer. I utilise strategic acumen to bridge a communication gap between managers and technicians to boost efficiency and eliminate misunderstanding. I expertly defining new IT Project requests and coordinate with architect team to gather project partners and customer’s requirements.

Delivered technical direction to Tier-II support team in the overall planning, execution, and success of complex network solutions to meet customer's needs. Achieved customer satisfaction by ensuring the timely resolution of incident tickets within SLA’s. Collaborated with customers to identify their requirements and interpret into technical solutions. Played a key role in leading all aspects of service improvement and network optimization projects from inception to completion.

Ensured 24/7 network connectivity through continuous network monitoring and alert validation for an enterprise data center environment. Led change preparation and readiness verification and presented the change to the business management board to get approval for change management. Configured ACL as well as performed route changes (OSPF and BGP) in line with client requirements. Implemented, maintained, and troubleshoot on F5 BigIP/Viprion Load balancers. Vendor coordination for RMA/TAC etc.
