-Oversees and leads live in-person Guideposts training (our version of orientation) & provides coordination support for live sessions lead in other locations -Facilitates NCR instructor-led sessions -Supports localization and customization of New Hire Orientation, New Manager Training, and other Monthly Exploration Series programming when and where appropriate -Serve as global and local point of contact for new hires to provide guidance / support

-Managing the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and contracts/offers in EMEA/NAMER regions with focus on Hardware, Software and Global Services roles -Providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers with hiring and employment data -Using Taleo and Workday to track applicants through the selection phase to on-boarding -Developing relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms -Training and onboarding of new employees
