Implementing the project in Nescafe Factory of Nestlé Continuous Excellence, consisted of Indicators Cascading in all the factory levels, General Operational Master Plan of the factory, Operational Meetings in the all levels (Managers, Supervisor, and Shift). Development of 2 Green Belt projects with good results. Implementation and coordination of: DMAIC Methodology working with different groups, 5s implementation in different places of the factory.

Quality Engineering of the Factory: mechanical lathe sections, tub cutting, endforming of the air conditioning connectors (aluminum), endforming of power-steering (steel) and tub cleaning. Detection of the externs and interns client’s problems in 7 production lines under my responsibility. Clien attention in the detection of the root cause of the defects inside the plastic injection trough corrective and preventive actions. Using stadistics tools to determinate the potentials causes and to find solutions for the problems. Using quality advanced plans to develop controls, Operative Instructions and Visuals Aids to control PPMs clients.

Process lines of Mecatronich area, Project title “Business Strategy to improve quality systems through theory of restrictions and process mapping to analyze the possible problems in a factory to be able to detect the root cause. Participated in the Quality Definition System ISO 9001 as well as in the preparation of the Quality Manual and Procedures Manual of the Mecatronich area.

Participated as a quality auditor auxiliary and worked on the actualization of the manuals, operative procedures and working instructions for the QS9000 audit aligning them with the requirements for the certification, as well as the implementation and training of all the workers in the factory in everything related to Quality Systems and Continuous Improvement.
