Head integration, operations & transformation includes: - Service Operation and change management - Service intergation, process Excellence, Operating model - Technical Integration - Systems management - BCM, Risk- and Audit management - Build and Migration to Private Cloud Since July 1st 2017 Member of the Board of Directors for Axa Services Switzerland

Since February 2014, COO for the strategic initiative “CloudOps” to build and operate secure, hybrid cloud capabilities for the AXA Group. Responsible for defining and implementing a new business target operating model to run Cloud Operations as a business. Additionally responsible for global operations of the Cloud Datacentres, the Transformation office, Finance and HR Until February 2014, leading the strategic, international application services program.

Leitung der Geschäftseinheit IT Infrastructure & Operations Die Einheit umfasst den gesamten IT Betrieb inkl. Technologie und Engineering, infrastrukturnahe Anwendungsentwicklung sowie Facility Management. Seit 05/2012 Übernahme der Projektverantwortung zur Definition der Sourcing Strategie. Beratung und Unterstützung des IT Managements bei der Neuausrichtung und Reorganisation der Swiss Life IT.

Leitung der Operations Einheit Application Services. Die Einheit umfasste Application Integration und Management von Versicherungsapplikationen, Middleware, Datenbanken, Client Engineering und Software Deployment sowie Monitoring und Scheduling (Produktionsplanung).

Nationale und später Internationale Verantwortung für Service- und Vendor Management. Die Einheit umfasste Sourcing Strategie, Outsourcing, Vertragsmanagement, Service Management Prozess (nach ITIL) sowie Vendor- bzw. Provider Management. Zusätzliche Verantwortung für Aufbau und Umsetzung des IT Controllings ab 2006
