Manager, responsible for the development of Applications & external devices dedicated for heart failure patient management. This includes software applications, electronic and mechanical design and development for local as well as cloud/server based systems. Reporting to VP R&D.

Manager, responsible for global software quality engineering (testing), HW integration and design transfer activities for all Advantage Workstations. Developed team, tools & methodes to increase productivity and test coverage. Drove supplier relationship and life cycle management with strategic suppliers (HP, ...) to reduce significantly obsolescence cost and risk.

Defined and implemented the Six Sigma Vision for a 150 engineer global organisation. Was granted multiple GEHC level awards during this assignment: "Best DFSS project", "Best at the Customer for the customer project"

Conceived vision and led design of service applications for revolutionary 1st Digital Cardiology System, led service design group for all Interventional Cardiology Systems.
