I focus on executive search in the debt & structured finance arena.

Part of Hoggett Bowers Executive Search’s Global Financial Services Practice, Andrew leads the Corporate & Investment Banking Practice in addition to having wider responsibilities across the full Financial Services sector. Andrew worked in corporate and investment banking for 19 years before beginning his career in executive search in 2004. We have a global track record where 50% of our business is international, having placed senior executives in 65+ countries.

Andrew is a Director and leads the Financial Services Practice at New Street. Based in London, he specialises in senior appointments within corporate, investment and retail banking as well as the asset management and insurance sectors. His placements include Chief Executive Officers and Chief Risk Officers of investment banks, heads of coverage of corporate banks, a COO of a global insurance company, MD Corporate Finance and numerous NEDs.

Page Executive focuses on executive search, retained and exclusive roles at Director and above level. I personally focused on search within both C suite and origination, structuring and credit roles within Corporate Banking, DCM, Fixed Income, Leveraged Finance, Project Finance, Structured Trade Finance, Corporate Finance / M&A, Private Equity, Syndications and Asset Management, from Director to MD, Head of Team to CEO.

For the last 5 years with RBS I was an Associate Director managing my own portfolio of cross-sector industry clients where I was responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of complex structured trade finance transactions including export finance and receivables finance. My geographical coverage included UK, France and the Nordics.
